This place was horrible metro constantly harassing tenets guest, drug dealing openly, roaches were ridiculous,caught 16 mice in one night. Youth urinating in building, crack epidemic is real out there. After hours they were out fighting drinking smoking gangbanging,keep a eye on your children
I'm back with an update regarding this dump. So I've received an email from the RR regional manager. Stating that my appeal letter was received too late. In a recent email the regional manager states "that she would review". The original appeal. Now she's saying that I can apply within six months. These people are insane. I have a whole lot to say. I don't want to put all of Rockford Ridge business out there. But the truth is going to hurt some people. I do not reside at Rockford Ridge. I thought I was going to be a potential tenant. I was lied to regarding a missing application. I was working with a program in Rockford. It took them 3 months for them tell me that I was denied.
