In order to LEGALLY increase rent during a lease, a lease modification must made. It wasn't however, they credit themselves, insists that the tenant pay 199 extra for there mistake or get out. A proper notice of change is made before ANY change is made so the tenant could move or come to an agreement. The proof is below. Plus OFFICE management is very rude towards tenants.
