The only reason this doesn’t get a one star is because of the convenient location to the silver comet trail to hurt park to Cumberland mall and the battery and braves stadium. Perfect location for the wrong apartment buildings. Roach invested, outdated apartment buildings you can’t slap makeup on a pig and ask me to imagine it’s a model. The pool has never been usable, no gym, and parking sucks. People have moved here and live 10 to an apartment and all have cars. Sad but I’m over it
Applying for a place to reside can be timely and aggravating especially when you haven’t been through the process in years. Wendolyn Hall was absolutely Amazing in helping with the process. I enjoy my apartment. My neighbors are nice. There’s really noise in my area. The office management team are cool. The maintenance team are nice.
Can’t give a 0 so a 1 star will have todo. First let’s start with the fact that this place is INFESTED with roaches! INFESTED! They try to make you feel better by telling you they have an exterminator that come out upon request. Well they suck I saw no difference and I had to hire my own, that is the only way I was able to control them and see a difference. Very trashy lack of respect and empathy they have the nerve to ask somebody for 1500 a month an I can’t even get a maintenance to come and repair major things in my apartment I I’m highly upset and disappointed I’m planning on filing a lawsuit Because I have contacted the office several times about the mold in my bathroom around the tub wouldn’t recommend even if you are at your lowest dont move hear
