It is such a nice bulding but management is horrible. I’ve been without heat in my apartment for almost two weeks, and it’s impossible to reach the management. I’ve tried multiple times, but no one responds or gives any update about when the issue will be fixed. I’ve been using a portable heater to stay warm, but it’s not efficient, and the temperature inside keeps getting colder every day. I normally don’t leave reviews, but after months of frustration, I feel it's necessary to warn others about the poor management at this building. To start, I’ve been waiting over 7 weeks for a gift card that management said tenants would receive. Despite multiple follow-ups, I’ve received only vague responses, and I’m still empty-handed.
