Amazing apartment building. Lots of space, many units upgraded, excellent support, free outside parking, and very reasonably priced. Huge shoutout to Kathy the manager, who is an amazingggg person, is responsive, and goes above and beyond to help with any issues. I have referred 7-10 people to the building and all have enjoyed their time here. 10/10 for the building and 11/10 for Kathy.

I've been a resident for the past 9 months and have had no issues or complaints. So far so good. I was pleased with the initial process of touring and applying compared to other properties I visited prior. Both Kathy and Judy were extremely helpful. I'm very happy with my choice.
I wish I can rate this with no star. To future renters: 1. If you can put up with heavy weed smells, loud noise, poor management, mice, these are just appetizers. 2. The elevators are old and unsafe. They quit working from time to time. I have lived there for two years and I can’t even count how many times the elevators are down. 3. The only thing AC does is to make you feel like living in a big house when you receive the electricity bill. 4. If I could give no stars, I would. I would not recommend Concord Apartments. I had a mouse in my bathroom, and management—especially Kathy—was dismissive about maintenance. The building often smelled like weed, and nothing was done about it. On move-out day (after giving proper notice), they didn’t have the elevator ready, and maintenance took hours to respond. Later, they charged me over $1,000 for carpet replacement, claiming my dog ruined it—even though she was kept in the kitchen (no carpet) and we deep-cleaned before le... read more
