Have been living here for over a decade. Service has become abysmal to non-existent. Over 10 outstanding maintenance orders that have been ignored. They hope you just forget in time. The lady who answers the phone is extremely rude with everyone and often hangs up on people. I feel like this isn’t my home, and I am a huge inconvenience in their money making operation.
