We had an insurance claim earlier this year due to a large tree falling on our house, and we ended up having the roof repaired and the shingles replaced as a result, as well as a completely new deck, brick wall repair, and drywall repairs. I was given the contact info for 3 different roofing companies by my home insurance provider to fix a leak in my roof where an addition on my home met the existing structure. All 3 came out for an inspection and to give a quote. Dan at Concise was the most straightforward of the bunch and his action plan and quote made the most sense to me. This company put our roof on about 4 years ago and did a great job. Dan has been very responsive. Highly recommend them and will use them again for sure. Very responsive and professional.
Concise construction put a new roof on my house 5 years ago. It started to leak after the big snow we had on May 18 and 19. I called them for help. They came promptly and fixed the leak without further charges. My wife and I were very impressed. This outfit really does stand behind its work. Thank you.
Well the company signed a proposal with me on 9/16/2019 and said they would start the 15th of October. They didn't start so I texted the rep. He said he would figure it out. When he did get back to me he said it would be out another 4 weeks and they would want another $1000 over the price in the initial contract. Still waiting on the initial check to be refunded. If you or your reps make an agreement you should stand by that agreement. Period.
