Offer accepted on July 2nd, earnest money and option fee delivered July 3rd, inspection on July 5th revealed major structural damage (dissolved contract), checks cleared my bank account July 6th, received email from title company stating that they had sent a check via Fedex that has a stop payment on it and cannot be cashed. Holding our funds for 7 days (minimum) and will reissue “as soon as we can.” BEWARE!
