We recently had our roof replaced, rafter fixed and other small fixes. Krystal and her team were amazing. She helped us get through the insurance process, took pictures of our roof and met with our insurance adjusters. This took a load off of me and having to deal with the claim. I met and was involved with the concierge team on a project where a roof was being built, and I was amazed at how efficient the crew was and the owner was actually on site supervising and interacting with the homeowner in a very friendly professional way that was easy to understand for the homeowner. It was obvious that this company cares about providing a great job in his quick and efficient way as possible, and from the customer’s point of view they were extremely happy.
