very bad experience and rude behavior
We recently had our roof replaced, rafter fixed and other small fixes. Krystal and her team were amazing. She helped us get through the insurance process, took pictures of our roof and met with our insurance adjusters. This took a load off of me and having to deal with the claim. Her team was professional and quickly took care of the job and left the site clean. A week after the install, she came back and found something that needed to be fixed and got that done.
