If I can give no stars to Shannon I would. I send all the information she requested in an email. Then she says she did not get it. Then I forward it's or her and say I wanted to book an appointment to see the house. Then she plays games and says she only has 2 slots open. I take one and then she says she booked someone else. Then I broke another 1 and the day before she says O we took an application without giving me the option to see the house. Poor excuse for someone helping people find homes.
Shannon and her team are the best in the area. I would highly recommend for all of your property management needs. I especially appreciate the fast communication and always putting owners needs first. Thank you!
Shannon is experienced, knowledgeable and a great human. She is truly there to help them live their landlord lives, without the stresses of being a landlord!
