I can’t say enough about my care from Dr Fiffick and Michelle ! The genuine interest in their patients, as well as, total wellbeing, is evident in each visit. The concierge philosophy has been a life changer for me! Dr. Fiffick and Michelle have completely redefined what primary care should feel like. After years of the typical rushed, impersonal experience, working with them has been a breath of fresh air. They’re incredibly responsive, highly knowledgeable, and genuinely take the time to listen. The concierge model makes everything seamless and actually fits into my busy schedule. I’m very grateful to have found them and would highly recommend their practice.
Dr.Fiffick was the only doctor I’ve seen to listen to my concerns and take action to make me feel better after having thyroid issues for a long time. Michelle and Dr.Fiffick are amazing. They really make you feel comfortable in their office. I recommend them to everyone!!

Concierge Medicine of Westlake is a wonderful place to receive care. Dr. Fiffick truly listens and works through concerns with you. She is remarkably thorough in her explanations and her evaluations, thinking outside the box with issues others can just shrug off. Michelle is so kind and welcoming when you come through the door. She is also very responsive with phone calls and messages. The office is warm and inviting. I recommend the practice to anyone looking for a new family medicine physician!
