A complete disappointment of a program that are unwilling to work with PPO or Tricare insurance programs. Concierge medicine is one of the only options for medically complicated patients to receive extensive care, so it’s disappointing that Scripps chooses to prioritize only those with high cost health insurance options in addition to their high fees. Front desk staff was nice but the manager was difficult to get in contact with and did not follow up as promised.
