Lisa is amazing. She really listens and she actually cares. She is also very understanding when it comes to busy schedules. The way she makes time for you really says a lot about her as a person. Her staff is great too! They're all so reachable and personable.
WOW… DR LISA Is hands down the BEST DOCTOR I have EVER SEEN. she is extremely compassionate her bedside manner is impeccable, she LISTENED and CARED, genuinely CARED I felt heard, she didn’t rush me, she listened to ALL my concerns and helped me. I can’t rave enough on out this doctor and her staff. after not being heard by other doctors in the past she definitely gained my trust today. she was meant to be a doctor ! I visited Concierge Medical at the encouragement of a friend to discuss weight loss medications. From the moment you walk in you’re greeted with kindness. The LPN was sweet and De Melek was absolutely wonderful. She listened, she answered questions and she gave advice. WONDERFUL place and great coats for those who don’t have insurance or whose insurance doesn’t cover certain things. I will definitely be recommending others to give them a try!!
Lisa provided the most incredible concierge-level care! From the moment I arrived, she gave me her full attention and made sure all my concerns were addressed with care and professionalism. It felt like I was her only patient, and that level of service is hard to come by. I truly appreciate the personalized treatment and kindness she showed. Highly recommend!
After just my second appointment, I’m already feeling better—which honestly feels like a miracle after everything I’ve tried. Dr. Melek listens, cares, and treats you like a whole person. They’ve helped our entire family, and we’re so thankful for the care and compassion they provide.
