I called to ask about getting an immigration physical exam. The person who answered the phone was very rude and did not let me finish asking my question. He told me, “We do that here. Any more? Bye,” and ended the conversation. I understand that staff may be busy, but I believe patients should be treated with basic courtesy and given the opportunity to ask their questions. Very disappointing customer service.

Dr. Murphy and Dr. Altman are amazing. They take the time to sit with you and answer all your questions. They are both incredibly thorough. Their approach to treatment is beyond anything you would get at a traditional office where patient volume is the priority. Muhanad is excellent at taking care of everything and is always accessible. I highly recommend Concierge Medical.
