I was a patient since they were West Seneca Smiles. I had been going there for about 9 years after a horrible experience at another place. I was initially rest assured that they would never repeat what happened to me at the other place. They kept their promise for about 8 years. Dr. Jessica Blakely destroyed my teeth . I went in for a cleaning and she told me I need a crown on a molar in the back and the they could not fill it they need to do a permanent job . That’s were my nightmare began . It’s been 3 months and 3 crown grinds and adjustments . I still have pain . I can’t drink hot or cold and now my jaw hurts and neck hurts .
