Concierge Dental group is the best, if you are there because you might be having a problem, or just for a cleaning & check up everyone their makes you feel like family.
The hygienist was excellent, he seemed to be able to comment more freely ,than the past, on how my teeth looked & did a great job cleaning my teeth.Had a nice conversation with him on world affairs, I was in the Peace Corps in Africa & he is an immigrant . I was taken aback when the lady said I had to pay in total, because my insurance covers two treatments a year, but had to be six months & one day apart. I was charged an unexpected amount for clear liners when I was paid in full November 2024 and advised by Erika Melton that no additional amount would be due, just need to pick up my trays (clear liners to straighten my teeth) when they came in. I came in on 3/13/25 to pick them up and the reason due to me picking them up so late was because I had health reasons that prevented me from doing so. At the time that I was set and good to leave with my liners, the girl at the reception desk took my card and charged me $2291.41!! Af... read more
