nicole was great. very thorough and sociable. higly recommend her.
I really liked working with hygienist Nicole. I appreciated her energetic fun attitude at 9 in the morning. She was thorough using instruments for my cleaning and not water. She had good advice on cleaning and flossing techniques that I will be using. Dr. Victoria was kind and did a thorough exam. She asked questions and seemed genuinely concerned about my oral hygiene and health.
Just got an email that the Walden office is closing and I have to relocate to another office again in their practice. I’ve now been bounced around between Lockport (closed), Lancaster (closed), now Walden (closed) to Clarence (when will that close next). Stop inconveniencing your patients by getting offices you can’t afford and maybe work on your patient care. God knows you charge patients enough for it. I was in one of your offices when the electricity got turned off. Do better!
Clean and professional dental establishment. Amanda was an experienced and amazing dental hygienist. Would recommend to others.
