Dr. T provides exceptional, personalized care. I have never felt rushed in her office. My questions are always answered and I leave feeling as if my health is her number one priority-always. She promptly returns phone calls and calls me directly with lab and diagnostic testing results. I am confident that with her as my cardiologist, my heart is in the best of hands.
I went to see Dr. Sizemore-Ruiz for a general check up. I have never felt so comfortable with a doctor and staff. From scheduling my appointment to my reception could not have been warmer and welcoming. Dr. Sizemore-Ruiz was detailed, patient and made me feel like I was talking to a friend. Thank you!
I read these wonderful reviews, and was looking for a concierge physician so I decided to give Dr Tiffany Sizemore a try. At first glance she is very nice. Unfortunately, I was told I needed to get some procedures done. I was completely left out in the cold. Her & her staff never even called me to follow up on my health or well being. I paid a $2000.00 fee to be treated as a concierge patient. I didn't know I would have to pay her to be compassionate. YOU DONT ALWAYS GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR

It is unfortunate that this patient felt the need to leave this review. After multiple attempts of trying to calm this patient down and try to arrange as many appointments as we could (other dra policies are out of my hands) she was still unhappy. While I understand the emotional rollercoaster of a patients health, we (myself included) will not tolerate being yelled at or hung up on when we are attempting to do everything possible to help.
We just moved here from Cincinnati when I became ill with what I was told was a "sinus infection". After seeing 3 separate physicians, over a 6 week period, my neighbor referred me to Dr. Tiffany. When I called and explained what was happening, I was able to be seen the very next day! My records were obtained and Dr. Tiffany diagnosed me with "atypical pneumonia". After 10 days on the correct antibiotic, I'm happy to say all is well and enjoying living in paradise. Thank you Dr. Tiffany :-)
She is amazing and is to the point. Takes time out to explain to you what is going on in a way you can understand. Very refreshing and professional.
Dr. T is the best! She continues to guide me and push me towards becoming the best, most healthy version of myself. I look forward to my appointments with her as I know I'll leave feeling more informed, more inspired, and more inclined to maintain a healthy lifestyle. She'll change your perspective on "doctor's appointments" - I guarantee it! (And she's beautiful!)
It's weird that a patient looks forward to visiting a doctor but not only do I think that but so do the other 5+ patients I've recommended. Dr. T is honest, professional, insanely smart person with a heart bigger than you can imagine. I've never in my life had a doctor that I could text or call at any time of the day and she still accommodates all your needs. And to be honest, I love her. She actually cares. You're not just another patient, you're family. That's very tough to find.
From the moment she walks in the room Dr. Sizemore-Ruiz will put you at ease with her big warm smile. She takes her time listening to your concerns and then explains in understandable details her plan of care for you. You will know immediately you're in great hands. She is a rare gem in the world of healthcare where the patient and their health come second to the business of insurance and coverage. She is a throwback to when Doctors loved taking care of their patients and making them better.
