Terrible experience. The company should not even attempt to provide service in my area. Two appts. set with ample notice. The first appt. I received call moments before caregiver was suppose to arrive stating caregiver was going to be 45 minutes late. Second appt., the office called day of stating caregiver still not located could I reschedule. Since I had my own appointments to attend and needed someone to care for my mother, obviously this was not acceptable. Thankfully I have since located a dependable provider.

Concierge Care has provided outstanding care to my mother after having fractured her femur. Their communication has been excellent; the staff has been dependable, professional, knowledgeable, kind, and supportive. The Occupational and Physical Therapists have worked wonders, helping her to regain her strength and independence. We are very grateful. It has been a great experience being under their care.

We were very disappointed with our experience. After completing a full in-service to train the assigned caregiver, we were informed at the end of the first day that she would not be returning due to another job. We later learned their model allows caregivers to decide whether they want to take on a client. When arranging care for a loved one, families need consistency and commitment. This approach did not meet our expectations, and we chose not to continue.

My mom received companion care through Concierge Care, and it was truly a wonderful experience. Her caregiver was kind, dependable, and made each day special - whether it was going out for breakfast, grocery shopping, or getting her hair done. I am very pleased with the care that is given to my husband from Concierge Care who is taking care of my husband who has Dementia. The Caregiver is skilled and very kind with him. I am very pleased with their service. Thank you so much
