Excellent service! I called to hire a caregiver to transport my mom to a last minute doctor’s appointment and Concierge Care took care of it and handled everything. My mom really liked the young lady they sent and said she was perfect and did an excellent job taking care of her and getting her to her appointment. I highly recommend this company! We have used them before several times and they have always been exceptional!
We needed someone to help my 102 year old mother with her showers. I called Concierge Care and they sent Lillian. She is so nice, always on time, and kind and considerate towards my mother.

After a hospitalization, my 94-year-old dad needed extra help gaining his strength and getting back into his routine. Carolyn from Concierge Care called me back right away on a Friday afternoon and was able to schedule an aide to come out the very next day. They were able to help out even during the winter holidays. Everyone at Concierge Care is kind, helpful, flexible and attentive. The aides were professional, engaging and encouraging. If my dad needs help again, I will be sure to call Concierge Care.
From our first call with Carolyn to get information on Concierge Care for our Dad, it was a smooth, professional yet caring process. Tracy was assigned as our night nurse but she was really our "night angel" and she took great care of our Dad and communicated often with the family.
