The caregiver arrived late, was kind, did things in odd ways. I sent her to the building next door to pick up lunch. She almost missed that building and kept walking. She turned around when she saw people going in to Pick their food up. Then I asked to get dressed so I could trade out my scooter for a new one. She told me she could do it so I wouldn’t need to dress. I showed her on the property map where to go following the sidewalk beside my building to the convention center. She say no problem. WOW! Talk about an amazing experience! Concierge care has been the biggest blessing to my family! We use their services for my grandmother and I have to say my grandmother had never been better! They are always on top of everything, super easy to reach with any concerns or issues, always friendly and personable! My grandmother seems as if she has gotten her livelihood back ever since starting her with Concierge Care. Concierge Care is very attentive and responsive. They were a tremendous help at an urgent time for my family member. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing help.
