Let me say that not only was the manager Jaqueline amazing to work with over the challenges faced coordinating caring helpers for my 95yo mother but her entire support team ROCKED IT! The caregivers Concierge provided were loving and talented in working with my mom! LaTavia ACTUALLY caught a major stroke as it occurred and acted quickly! She literally saved my mom from disaster!! We will forever be indebted to her! If you are looking for a response and caring group to support your loved ones…. I highly recommend Concierge!

Concierge care provided my mother with many resources and all provided with their company. When mom was inpatient, I was overwhelmed with the having to coordinate care through multiple companies. Concierge care provides all of that. Thank you for your wonderful care.

Concierge Care has been an absolute lifeline in caring for my elderly mother, who needs assistance with basic tasks such as transferring, dressing and bathing. My sister and I surveyed a number of home care agencies and after careful research, chose Concierge Care. They offer a much higher standard of care that other providers because their caregivers are licensed nurses and CNAs, and are also background checked. I am newly working for Concierge and I couldn't be happier!!! The Senior Case managers are amazing! They make sure you get the opportunity to have the hours you request...every opportunity goes out to all of us. Make your own hours and set your own pay range(within reason) I just wanna say thank you to Jaclyn for all of her grace and kindness!! Looking forward to the future!!!

I give Concierge Care Amelia Island 5 stars because they are truly a great company if you are considering a nice home / living needs for your elderly loved ones. I’ve only been with this company for less than a year, but the office ladies go above and beyond for their clients and coworkers. Tanya, Jaclynn, and Kourtney have made it so nice to work here with as much flexibility as you need all while being very understanding, caring, compassionate and professional. Thank you!
