Could not be more pleased. Perhaps it is because we have a superstar care giver. Most have been good bit Savanna is very special. The most conscientious and caring person we have ever known. The service is costly but worth every dollar.

I use Concierge Care to provide assistance for my wife to shower and to get in an out of the shower. I basically deal with two individuals. Lillian and Jacklyn. Lillian is very good at performing all the tasks associated with the home care service. Jacklyn always responds quickly to any concerns I may have. I am very pleased with the service they provide.

Concierge Care has been an absolute lifeline in caring for my elderly mother, who needs assistance with basic tasks such as transferring, dressing and bathing. My sister and I surveyed a number of home care agencies and after careful research, chose Concierge Care. They offer a much higher standard of care that other providers because their caregivers are licensed nurses and CNAs, and are also background checked. My mother and father require care each day and the care they receive is truly amazing. The caregivers are professional, passionate and sincerely care for my parents. In addition, Jaclynn is remarkable in coordinating, communicating and constantly keeping me abreast of my parents health daily, no matter the time. They are truly an amazing team!

I’ve worked with concierge care since 2019. The staff is wonderful and very attentive to my needs. I feel like they see and understand healthcare workers at this company. Every time I call Genevieve Carter she is Very patient with Me. Concierge care is truly a blessing to me.
