We have been incredibly happy with the services that Concierge Care provide for my dad, who lives at the Sheridan Oakbrook. The difference between Concierge Care and other care agencies that provide daily care by the hour and med distribution, is that the care coordinator, Mina, is on site at the Sheridan. She keeps in touch with me and lets me know generally how my dad is doing, when he needs groceries, or a haircut, etc. As of now we have hired the service for an hour in the morning and for pill distribution at night, but ... read more
Denise is extremely dependable and very helpful as well as all the workers at concierge care
Concierge Care takes great care of our brother. He is still living independently with 24 hour care. They manage his medications, assist with meals and provide physical assistance (help with standing up and walking)! All of the caregivers are very kind and interact with him in a daily basis!!!
I’ve been here for six months and everyone has been fantastic. They are efficient and thoughtful. Willing to spend as much time that they can. The two caregivers that I currently have, Nikki and Arlene are the best.
I just love how the employees are so attempt to the clients and how they treat him. My family a very, very great place. If you’re looking for someone or your parents.
