Worst car wash in Perth. I have been charged 140 dollars for a wash and polish. The car still had some dirt on the sunroof and bumper. Water marks everywhere, I don't even know if they bothered drying it, let alone polishing it. After I pointed out the issues they started mumbling and pretending to fix by spraying something here and there and wiping. I could literally remove the water marks with my hand. I booked a quick car wash, but when I arrived, they told me they were full and too busy. I mentioned that I had a booking, and suddenly they were able to fit me in—but at a price of $70+, even though I had booked a $53 wash. When I pointed this out, the attendant said, “But we’ll wipe it down,” as if that justified the extra cost. I reluctantly agreed, and then he told me the car would be ready in three hours.
