Excellent service, excellent food, excellent drinks! They have great rum runners! I’ve never had a bad meal from Concha Joe’s. We enjoyed the blackened shrimp flatbread and the conch cakes were very tasty! Fish tacos are a must!
I am a caregiver and I just brought my client there this evening for her 84th birthday. We traveled here from Virginia to her secondary home over on the Island. We had fantastic service from Gabi and the food was excellent. I had THE best sweet potato crusted Mahi Mahi sandwich ever! My client got her fish sandwich grilled. Overall was great and would definitely return next year! We even bought souvenir T-shirt’s!! Thank you for making her feel special. Ps: the birthday ice cream dessert was so sinful, but good. �
I don’t know where all these bad reviews are coming from. We made a reservation for 20 people for lunch on Saturday and everything was perfect. Clam chowder was really good and our waiter was point on.

This place is a rip off. I ordered a drink during happy hour with absolute vodka thinking it would just be a $1 more, instead they charged me full price for both. When I questioned the server, he said it was regular price for absolute, when he was the one who asked me if I wanted my second drink. I asked why he asked me if I wanted my second drink, he lied and said he asked me if I wanted another drink which was BS. Has turned into a typical Florida tourist restaurant. Food is just average to below. Atmosphere is still good. Kids love the place but feeding the gulls and catfish can be annoying. Enjoyed the band and despite the negatives we probably will go back.
The shrimp tacos barley had any shrimp in them. They were also too crunchy. The clam chowder was also a big disappointment. I have been eating there for 15 years and usually love the food but lately it's been mediocre.
Very lively ambiance. Great food, nice drinks. Had a dozen fresh clams; yummy! Service was good. Awesome reggae music!! Definetely will be returning.
