chowder was very gummy, didnt taste much like clams or seafood, needed lots of extra pepper and hot sauce to give it flavor. gator bites were awful. slaw was dry and lacked seasoning. entirely. time to go back to the drawing board on the basics folks. disappointment considering the long drive.
