RecommendedThey got my rider mower up and running when I had no clue what was wrong with it, and I really appreciated that they loaded and unloaded it for me. Infinitly better than when it was under warranty at another location.
Concho Power is definitely a great place to shop for that new mower or power equipment. I had ordered another mower at another local shop, but they somehow "forgot" to order it after I had been waiting for almost 3 weeks. I went in again to concho to look at gravely and Jennifer let me know right away about a sale that was coming up that next week and allowed me to reserve mower, ended up with a commercial mower at a residential mower price point. Super happy to start my new buisness with the pro turn z. Go check them out!
Sales and service are what I like. Needed parts are usually available or promptly ordered.
they are very knowledgeable about so many products, and have been very reliable when customers need ordered parts, and have an extensive parts list. some items are a bit pricey. THEY are ready to assist customers. would like to see more personable service, when dealing with their customers, but overall, they are the first ones I look to, when in need of answers, or product. DEFINITELY GIVE THEM 9 OUT OF 10.
I ask called them and ask them if they would help out with 4 chains for my saws because mine were not sharp and we were going to corpus Christi to help out after the storm and they said sure come on over .well they charge me full price anyway no big deal I have the money but already had 2k invested in that trip and was expecting local support and didn't get it
When we have equipment go down they get it in and out super quick. They have answered all my questions over the phone to help me get up and running when possible. They know their stuff.
