I attended an international retreat with Concetta and had the most amazing experience. Concetta cultivates a community a caring individuals and her retreats reflect this gift. Nature immersion and creative activities were expertly woven together. Each day built on previous experiences and deepened our friendships and community. I look back on this time with great fondness and cherish the memories created in such a beautiful and sacred container of creative community in nature.
The words that come to mind from the way Concetta holds space is safe, kind, expressive and introspective . Truly a beautiful soul !
I went on a Living Kula retreat in Guatemala and it was a very special experience. The blend of yoga, nature, community and art was truly unique and I went home feeling grounded, refreshed and very inspired to get creative in new ways. I would highlyyy recommend a Living Kula retreat to anyone looking for a fun and inspiring retreat experience!
I cannot say enough good things about Living Kula! The experiences they offer are amazing! I have been to many yoga classes, mini retreats, as well as the full retreats.
