Today I learned that my mom was no longer an active patient and when I called Concertocare they said they "no longer take medicare" which 1) is bizarre for home health and 2) is bad medical practice to not notify they patient's POA/contact that they no longer had medical care. Also, the provider was rude to staff at the adult family home.
They refuse to pay me for helping them one of their outpatients. This is very unacceptable, they need to do right thing and pay me now.
At the end of the call nurse said she would call me back about my health concerns never did. Called back next day was told nurse tryed to call but my voice mail fullI I asked to speak to nurse who was going to call me, receptionist said, "shall I tell Dr you are fine today" then said " take your blood pressure twice a day "
Absolutely the worst place for elderly care. Do not go here!! My grandmother is positive with COVID and under Concerto’s care. I called the clinic and spoke to a nurse about available treatments due to being 91 and at highest risk for complications from COVID. The nurse told me they understand but the virus is “so new” there are NO TREATMENTS. We are the 3rd year into this pandemic.
