This is our second year living here, and even though the rent was higher than some other studios nearby last year, the experience has been good overall. The place is well-kept, and the staff is really helpful. Dimanthi, our residence service agent, was especially great in helping us switch suites and made the whole process super easy!
Worst move-out experience ever. Ever since Maria left, it's been almost unbearable dealing with management. They only return about one in four emails, will never put anything in writing, and constantly go back on their word. The apartment is absolutely not worth the price and parking costs are ridiculous ($180/month). But nothing was quite as bad as our experience moving out. We spent hours upon hours cleaning the apartment, filled all nail holes (which they told us we would be able to paint and then changed their mind and d... read more
