I don’t know what’s wrong with Management. I have been contacting them since June 2nd. Our washer and dryer is not working. We kept given 4 dates that it will be installed but nothing happened. Been coming to Aroma for years with my first dog and later my second dog. Met tons of fellow dog parents and this used to be a spot in the neighbourhood where we could come during the cold winter days, get a drink and chat. Was kicked out by a security today because the property management decided to change the policy on the dogs. This is what you get when the businesses are out of touch with the community. Incredible.
We’ve been living here for only two months, and our experience has been fairly disappointing. When we moved in, our fridge was broken. One night, our bedroom fire alarm kept beeping faintly, making it impossible to sleep. Our door was damaged and had to be fixed, but it’s still misaligned.
