In almost 10 years at One32, I had one blip, with everything else I enquired about being addressed very timely. It's quiet, clean, the property is maintained; repairs as far as I can see regularly done - and the current staff are great. -Very friendly and willing to help. I also like that this is a full rental building, professionally managed, with no risk of being evicted for "family" to move in, or a sudden significant rent increase. If you like the diversity of the area, I reccommed this building.
