Wishing I could give less than one star, first one nurse stole from my wife, then another cussed out my 11 year old son, then another nurse threatened my wife. This staff is garbage if you ask me. They don't even want to do their jobs when they was coming to see my father. They don't care about the patients at all. If you love your family I beg of you to go to a different hospice provider.
The nurse Nikki is the one to watch out for. She threatens people. And its all caught on record at my home and my neighbor sent me her recording too. I wish I could give this place less than one star. 2 of the others are amazing but the boss likes to sweep the issues under the rug due to not wanting them to lose their license. Plz do not go with this company for your family.
I cannot express how wonderful Concerned Care Home Health has been during the difficult time of losing my dad. They provided support whenever we needed it, every day, at any hour and truly went above and beyond with their compassion and care. I had nothing but great things to say about all of the care my mom received. I am sorry that I failed to turn in the survey that was sent to me... It got lost amongst the madness and I'm just now getting my head back together. I can't thank you all enough. I would recommend y'all to anyone going through these tough times. Y'all made things so much better for us all.
Five stars is not a high enough rating for this company. The ladies that helped take care of my Mom in her final months were beyond amazing. Nikki, Alisha and Melissa went above and beyond there jobs to help in every way possible. The owner of this company even offered help when it was needed. This is by far the best company in Louisiana to take care of your sick loved ones. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. We love y’all.
