Concern likes to claim complete confidentiality, but the law does not allow this in cases where a patient may be a danger to their self or others. Even saying you are angry qualifies. Mental health professionals know this, though many patients don't. If you use your health insurance to find counseling, you will avoid going to someone who has your employer's HR team on speed-dial, though, again, they will have a "duty to warn". Don't believe me?
