I had the worst salon service EVER at Concepts salon. I booked an appointment for hair and makeup for a glamor shot photo shoot. I was told it would take 2 hours or so (about what I thought). It took the stylist half an hour to do both hair and makeup... and it looked it. I went in with pictures of the makeup and hair that I wanted, we discussed what I wanted, then she proceeded to dig around in my makeup bag. ($18 to apply makeup and I had to provide my own makeup.) The woman who did my hair did a half-decent job. I had told her not to wax my eyebrows too thin, and she waxed my brows off until there were only tiny bits left. I told her I was a little upset about it, to which she said "I'm a professional." There's still wax on my head, which my now uneven bangs are sticking to. And the cherry on top of all this BS: When I asked if they could give me a list of their prices (since for some reason my bill for a cut and brows was $62.00 when it would be $25 anywhere else) they couldn't give ... read more
