I had the worst salon service EVER at Concepts salon. I booked an appointment for hair and makeup for a glamor shot photo shoot. I was told it would take 2 hours or so (about what I thought). It took the stylist half an hour to do both hair and makeup... and it looked it. I went in with pictures of the makeup and hair that I wanted, we discussed what I wanted, then she proceeded to dig around in my makeup bag. ($18 to apply makeup and I had to provide my own makeup.)
