I recommend Tova at Concepts of Hair. The salon was clean, comfortable, and private. The stylist was early, professional, and friendly. I received a smoothing treatment for the first time. After the service my hair was soft and did not revert in the summer humidity. I rewashed my hair this weekend, and after blowing it out, it was still sleek and manageable.
