I contracted Concepts in Design to draft an custom house plan addition on my house in Beaverdale. Bruce is amazing at coming up with designs that not only work with the structure, but fit the neighborhood as well. Since then we have had CID draft up various other projects for us. If you are looking for someone who cares just as much about your project and its success as you do, use these guys.

the worst, unusable designs exceeding set budget. late for every meeting and generally was tired and had a pouting attitude when we rejected virtually every horrible idea. so we fired them.

We found Concepts in Design difficult to work with. Invoices provided to us were vague with no information as to what was worked on during the hours billed. The contract we signed states that client will approve each phase prior to the beginning of the next phase. It appears we have been invoiced for some hours under Phase 2 without approving Phase 1. They also demanded payment prior to the due date on the invoice.
