We are a middle man between bank and recovery/ repo man. I will never work with Concepts Auto Recovery and will urge future business associates to be wary. We found Jeff Magee to unprofessional and unlawful. This business seems to be ran solely by himself and maybe one other employee, a secretary. As we spoke to her, she very professional and polite. Jeff magee is a genuine THIEF! Do not trust this man,He hires office girls,under the table,and then does not pay them. He will rent a spot,and move out in the middle of the night.
This is the worst towing company ever. They are so disrespectful on the phone. Didn't knock to let you get your personal items and then they want to charge you for getting your items. Company will enter your car with no keys or permission and "bag" your items not even 24 hours after they repo it. I cant believe that a company like NISSAN would let this company be associated with them.
BEWARE!!!! Bunch of low life thugs! Won't knock so you better catch them in the act! Extremely rude will try to get you with any fee they can.. Women in front office is extremely rude as well even though there was a mistake made they still will treat you like a criminal any business or potential clients stay away unless you'd want your name soiled by their unprofessionalism! Thank god the bank wouldn't allow them to charge us a dime... Stay away!!
I've had my car picked up by them for (repo). I live in a tracked home area of Riverside. No Fences 6 steps from the street is my Front Door. No Dog but for some reason they didn't try and knock on door so I could like a fair minded customer give them keys and left me get two books I need for school out of my car. Yes it was 2am in the morning but other Repo company's at least offer this. This Company Now Wants to charge me for them not knocking on my door so I could get my property in it.
