El peor servicio que he podido tener en una clínica! Empecé exámenes con ellos para un proceso de fertilidad y resulta que ellos debían pedir autorización antes de realizar los test, cosa que nunca hicieron por lo tanto quest diagnostic me ha cargado valores muy altos por estos exámenes, llame a la clínica para q por favor me ayudaran con esto, pero ha sido imposible! Where to even begin, Maggie G, PA, is great no complaints about her , doctor Hernandez I only met him once and it was the day of the laparoscopic surgery and never saw him again. He didn’t even see me post surgery to tell me what had been done. The people, the staff , and administration is a hot mess. Getting a call back, wasn’t easy, but nothing like the way they make you waste your time. The only reason this is worth 1 star is because the support and office staff is very friendly and compassionate. This clinic misdiagnosed me with "unexplained infertility" - meanwhile I got a second opinion from a nearby clinic and received 3 diagnoses- all of which SHOULD have been caught by this office as they were aware of my symptoms. Instead of running more tests, they slapped me with a 3000$ quote for IUI after numerous times in which I expressed concerns over symptoms I had.
