Very professional.
Have rented off and on from Concept since 2015. Have always been pleased. Love their upscale style lofts and studios.
They lost my rent check and are trying to throw my roommate under the bus over it. I have no reason to believe them over him and if that changes I'll edit my review. Regardless we've asked them to fix our front door 4-5 times now and they've done nothing. They did come fix our toilet that was leaking but it took about a week.
