I just moved in to a property here and the last management company i moved from was always hard to get a hold of and would take 5-8 days to take care of issues. Since moving under Concept Property i've been in contact with them within minutes of asking a question. Specifically Jamie, who helped me get everything in order through the application process and even afterward. He's been so kind, helpful and quick with responses. all in all it's been a great experience so far!

Very frustrating experience trying to look at these apartments. You are talking with automated messages that lie about their timeline of sending you codes. Looking up reviews of some of the apartment complexes is extremely concerning. It seems all the 5 star reviews are at the beginning of clients experience - ease of move in, friendly staff.
