I wanted to share my experience for anyone considering renting here. While still actively living in the unit with young children and pets, I received same-day notice that the property would be shown to prospective tenants months before my lease end date. As a parent, this felt very disruptive and stressful, especially trying to prepare children and pets on short notice. Employer Chase with HVAC experts he was definitely helpful knew what he was doing & fixed not only the issue he came to fix but also our AC that I didn’t know hasn’t been working and assumed it was fixed from the previous worker he fixed it for us. Thankful for him because summer is around the corner and I definitely need that AC. Happy with the repairs he got done for us Although Jay couldn’t figure out what the issue was he tried his best want to give him credit as well. Thank you management Amy for your updates and help.
