I have used Concept One three times. I specifically requested Jesus for the last two inspections. He was professional, thorough and answered all of my questions. The office staff, Stephanie and Gloria, were also so friendly and helped me with all my needs. I definitely recommend Concept One!!

My inspector Jose did a great job. Everything was a seamless process from my relator setting the appointment up to turnaround time on the report getting to me. After I moved in my dishwasher broke on me, as things do sometimes, and they replaced the unit and had someone come install right away. The unit has worked perfectly since then. Very professional and recommend to all my family and friends.

I have used Concept One twice this year for two different home inspections. I requested the same inspector, Jesus, for his professionalism and detail. The last inspection I needed asap and, Gloria, mgr, got me in within two days for an inspection. I would highly recommend Concept One to anyone and definitely use them again. Great professional company, very friendly and helpful employees!!

I have been using Concept One for years, and I highly recommend them! The office personnel is super friendly and tries everything to accommodate your timeline and your buyer’s schedule. The inspectors are super knowledgeable tactful and most of all help your buyer’s understand how the house works. They are a great company and I highly recommend them.

I wouldn’t recommend them at all . They don’t cover half of the stuff and take their sweet time to fix things . Their “emergency “ line is a joke . Seems like some ghetto google phone # . I am attempting to get my money back at the moment . I will be reporting them to the BBB if they don’t give us our money back .
