Dr Heidi Arellano should have her license to practice medicine revoked. Refused to help a patient after being abused and refused to give medicine that had been prescribed before at the same clinic. Also refused to prescribe vitamin D as if it’s a substance you can abuse. After Dr Kwok left I would suggest everyone steer clear of this clinic. Only good thing is the wonderful nurses and reception staff
A person's obtaining a medical degree is not a given that he will be able to help people and serve them in an acceptable manner, at least. Therefore, it is necessary when hiring a doctor in a private or public clinic, in which the human and professional aspect is taken into account, and this is what some doctors in this clinic do not possess, unfortunately. And I think that Dr. H does not have the slightest professional medical degree
