I had such an amazing experience with Concept Jewelry and Design. After a really heartbreaking experience with another local goldsmith who destroyed my engagement ring and chipped my aquamarine stone (which meant I had to have my ring completely remade by the original jeweller, with a different stone), my trust was honestly shaken. Amazing experience at Concept in St. Albert. The staff were so helpful and genuinely knowledgeable about their products. I picked up jewellery, soap, and skincare, and you can tell they actually use what they sell because they speak to it so well. Great customer service and great products. I highly recommend stopping in.
My first visit today. Just down the road, such a lovely little store, you have to enter from the rear of the building. Prices for all price points. Small business that supports a lot of Canadian artisans. Bought two beautiful stackable dainty rings for under 100. Wonderful staff.
I recently discovered Concept Jewelry Design in St. Albert thanks to a giveaway contest they held on Instagram! Much to my surprise, I won the draw (I’m not usually lucky), and when I went into collect my basket, the staff was SO FRIENDLY, and the store was beautiful, so I of course purchased some goodies for myself as well to show support! A hidden gem of a store in St. Albert. Everywhere you looked there were some very cool and amazing items. Very reasonably priced and the lovely ladies were super helpful. Would definitely recommend if you need to get some Christmas shopping done as they have something for everyone.
