Concept Glass recently replaced all the windows in our home. They were great to work with. Installation was completed by the estimated date they gave us. Great worksmanship. Crew was professional, neat and courteous while in our home. Frita (in the office) was patient with our many questions and got back to us quickly with the answers. I would highly recommend this company for anyone considering window replacements. And we love our new windows!
Concept Glass has been fabulous to work with on our remodel in Desert Mountain. They installed all new windows, a massive accordion slider and shower doors. They are professional, fast, and, most importantly, deliver a fabulous product. Thank you!
I made plans to have these guy come out two day in a row they never showed up. I took off work two days in a row, lost pay and losing air condition out the window. they did not call or show up on the third day they called me when I was at work asking if it was ok to check out the glass and I said no because I’m at work. The owner then was demeaning to me over the phone I find it quite ridiculous you can treat your customers with such lack of respect. Take your money somewhere else they will treat you better.
A great experience. These dudes are pros. They do what they say they will do and show up on time or early every time. They installed 22 of my European flange-less windows with ease. A great bunch of guys.
Everyone at Concept did a wonderful job start to finish with our glass shower door. Great customer service, on-time, quality product, reasonable pricing. The door had to be adjusted a couple of times as we used it and it was just slightly too snug a fit at the base when closing the door. Upon calling, the first time they came the very next day, and second time they came within hours. You can’t find that type of customer service anywhere, especially these days.
