The service advisor Al was excellent to deal with, very helpful, great to deal with and pleasant. The mechanic sent me a great detailed video on the service he performed on my truck. Highly recommend Concept Ford and Al in the service department!
Service was completed earlier than expected and staff were efficient and professional.
I had a terrible purchase experience at Concept Ford. I already own a Mustang Mach-E GT, and this was my second car purchase in the last three years. Despite this, they gave me such poor service that I can’t imagine their overall commitment to the work.
