I had a great experience with all the staff at Concept Ford. Honey was a great Sales person and Rachel in the Credit Department was great to deal with on my purchase after a not so great experience in a Brampton dealership. The extra travel time was worth it. If you want follow up and great service they are your team. So happy with my purchase of my new Explorer.

Update Sept 3 2025 2 weeks since owning the truck. Unfortunately I have had to change my review to 1 star as a result of the after sales issues and lack of follow up from management at the dealership. The sale contract terms that were identified in there own service order were not met, (brake service and alignment not completed)the truck was not properly detailed as promised , the old owners ownership and insurance info still in the glove box, fresh yellow curb rash on the rim, had to get an oil change as even though stated ... read more
