Came here to buy my second car, put a deposit down a 2022 escape they said was in perfect condition. Took it for a test drive, it had terrible brakes, paint damage everywhere, dings and scratches, the right mirror was busted. Then they added a $4200 warranty charge on a car already under warranty for 2 more years or 40k (probably because I’m young they figured I’d sign without reading), and a load of other charges bringing my total price from 26,000 to 44,000. Horrible. Extremely pushy. I understand their goal is to make money. But how about having some respect for people and having good customer service skills. My bf was interested in a truck, then it sold, so he looked at an escape, he put a deposit down and then they tried to add on an extra 20k worth of shit. The car was already under warranty, he said no extra warranty, but they kept trying to sell it to him and they would not stop. Service team here is great! Dealt with Tanya and she answered any questions or concerns I had. Would defiantly recommend these guys!
It was very good service Tania at customer service counter does an awesome job I'm not sure how she deals with all those people but someone should give her a raise
