Had a wonderful experience with Concept navigating through our first IVF cycle. Reception staff were always helpful, and nurses lovely and supportive. Everything was explained throughly and communication efficient and clear. We felt cared for the whole time and not just another number.
DO NOT WASTE your time coming here. I am very sure there are other better clinics in Perth than this. I should have looked at all the bad reviews and just went some where else. One of my cycle monitoring had finished and I got no explanation (phone call as to why/ what happend) Instead they ask me what I want to do? Which I found so confusing because I am paying you to get your professional expertise. Some nurses and receptionists were just annoyed in general to receive a phone call from me like as if I was an inconvenience.... read more

They keep asking me to pay, but nobody asked me why have we decided to change for another clinic. I had a very bad experience during my last embryo transfer months ago, the doctor was shaking during the procedure even he has to hold my leg to find the right angle...which wasn't successful so I had to wait to another hour to try it again. Finally he was able to do the transfer. Also the invoices are unclear because they are coming separately.
