The weather has gotten hot lately the last month or so of 2024 and someone recommended this company to me, thought I hit gold as the reviews were good with AC being installed within 3 days I read….little did I know…. This company literally wasted my time. I’ve been ignored for over three weeks going on 4 weeks since I spoke with them without anyone ever getting back to me to install an AC or even give a quote. Great service from a company that stands behind their products. Purchased a thru the wall AC and they provided a carpenter to do the install the next day:) Then they came out to check on my unit making strange noise and replaced it on the spot..Hard to find great service like that anymore. Five plus stars

I was waiting 4 weeks for another company to replace a Zone line PTAC. Called Concept and they replaced the unit in 3 days! Should have called them first!
