Needed emergency care. It was provided pleasantly, efficiently and effectively by a welcoming an professional staff - very much appreciated.
I highly recommend! Dr. S. Did a filling for my 7 year old and it was one of the most pleasant dentist appointments I've ever had (can you imagine?). Her front staff are also incredibly caring and thoughtful on up on being prompt and communicative. I can't imagine going anywhere else.
I highly recommend Dr. Sandra and the team at Concept Dental! When you first walk through the door, you are warmly greeted by Dianne, who is always so friendly, warm and helpful. Each time I have seen Dr. Sandra, she is always fully transparent with me, highly knowledgeable, kind and gentle and moreover, both Dr. Sandra and her dental assistant always makes for a wonderful and positive experience!
I recently visited Concept Dental in Ottawa for a cleaning and filling appointment, and I had an excellent experience. Dr. Sandra was highly skilled and did an outstanding job with the procedure. The cleaning was performed by Manar, the hygienist, who was thorough, gentle, and very professional. The entire team made a great impression—the dental assistant and receptionist were both welcoming, helpful, and attentive, which made the visit even more comfortable.
