10 stars! I was travelling on vacation between Toronto and Montreal and I recently had oral surgery and was experiencing a complication. I called here and the staff were EXCEPTIONALLY kind! They told me they would fit me right in so after a detour I was able to be seen right away by a dentist, had an xray and got treatment! The service was fast, compassionate, and everyone was so sweet. This detour saved my vacation!! Thanks so much to everyone here!!!! I’ll never forget what you did for me!
My own dentist in Orleans was on holidays so her office told me to call Ottawa Dental Society and they referred me to Concept Dental. Wanted a consult on a dental issue before going on vacation. Called at 4:00 pm and given an appointment for 7:00 pm same day by assistant Sierra! My experience echos that of the many reviews about Dr. Sandra Halim "call me Sandra".
