USE ANYONE ELSE! We spent 3 months after the job was supposed to be complete and numerous angry phone calls just to get him to honor his contract. Now, a few years later, the ceiling we fought 3 months to get finished is junk because he and his guys covered up an ant nest and large hole in the roof they were supposed to work on. They slapped together a roof that was not up to code and, come to find out, without a permit!
