AMAZING STAFF!! SO CARING AND SO PATIENT!!!
My daughter has attended here for close to two years. The staff is amazing and they all truly care about her treatment. Mercedes who is my daughter’s case manager, has always worked to make me feel like I had a say in her treatment and like I was part of the team. I highly recommend them.
My wife and I went for a consult at the Plano location. We had a horrible experience. I have heard rumors that the service is declining here, but I wanted to find out for myself. To begin with, we had to stand outside of their locked door for a long time. We could see 2 women in a window who obviously was doing their best to not notice us. AquaKids McKinney hosted a group of 8 clients and their therapists today at our facility. The kids had a blast and the therapists were very nice and encouraging to the children. Although we do not know about their business, we can tell that there are good people working here. Would recommend if you are looking for ABA therapy. Thank you, Concept Connections!
