Concept companies “theory construction” does not pay its sub contractors. Have been waiting for 69 days for over $54,000 owed to us. Subs beware of this company!!!!!!!! Can not be trusted to pay.....
I live in a residential area where Concept recently built a retail store. Out of consideration for the residents and their own funds they built a privacy fence around the perimeter of the lot to help mitigate noise and light from the parking lot and offer a barrier. For this company to make good on their word has prompted me to write this review.
