RecommendedHuge shout out to Concept coatings. They stayed in contact with me, came out ASAP, great estimate person (sorry I don’t remember her name) then spoke with John and he gave us great tips and advise, pointed us in the right direction and we love the end result. They squeezed us in and we couldn’t appreciate them more. Thanks to everyone who was involved. Great company. Can’t recommend them enough.

Today I had the crew come out and we was unsure if they could get to the garage and we almost had to postpone our appointment to get the garage floor done but the crew made it work and got the job done to and in an excellent timely manor couldn’t be more proud to see a family business do such a good job. first of all the color is not at all what I wanted, 2nd of all 8 apparently was "upgrade to an epoxy " WHICH I DI NOT WANT NOR WAS I ASKED IF I WANTED IT! IT IS NOT DURABLE WITH OUR DOGS AND IT HAS SCRATCHES ALL OVER!! The worst part of this is that there are air bubbles under the epoxy and not I have the size of quarters and nickles where the epoxy has come off. I tried to contact him and told him I did not want the epoxy but never heard back. I guess since it was not a big job customer service nor skill does not matter. NO... read more

2) What type of decorative concrete service did you request (stain, reflector floor, concrete overlay,etc?), and in what color? Please keep in mind that different services, materials, and substrates can cause variations in the color chosen. For example, a "Gold" on a white substrate will vary in color from a "Gold" on a grey substrate...
This is an absolutely great company that does outstanding work. John truly cares about the quality of work being done as well as making sure his customers are happy. The stained concrete that they did in my house turned out fantastic!
